Our Foreign Customer Service Assistant will directly assist and provide support to Customer Service Consultant. The successful candidate will have to complete and update communication templates and knowledge base articles for several websites. Over time,The candidate will take part in reviewing customer service replies.
1.Native English Speaker or a Western person with an English major.
2.Strong English writing abilities

4.Well organized and efficient
5.Good communication skills especially in written format
6.Excellent typing skills.
7.Proficient in Office package
